It is designed to help you get the most from this amazing world, by providing a clear lens on your current nature experience, setting you off on a journey of exploration, discovery and awareness. It will give you the tools to track when modern life is taking over, and help you benefit from a deepening connection to the natural world. A lack of time in nature has been associated with higher levels of anxiety and depression. Being disconnected from nature can also have a negative impact on our ability to connect and engage with others.
