However, in the unlikely event you do want to return the Journal to us or you received the Journal as an unwanted gift, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. No questions asked. ​

Please contact customerservice@originalstate.store to organise for your item to be returned to us, stating the reason for its return. You will be provided with an address to return the item to us. You will have 14 days from the date the return address was provided to you for the returned item to reach us. Once we have received the item and provided it is in perfect condition to be resold, we will give you a full refund, no questions asked.

Damaged goods

In the unfortunate situation that your Original State Journal arrives damaged, please send your query along with a photo of the damage to customerservice@originalstate.store within 3 days of your receiving the damaged item.
