WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM YOUR JOURNAL?
Our Journal is for both men and women aged between 18 and 80...and beyond. You could be someone who is just learning to understand the benefits and importance of the natural world, but currently spending too much of your waking day inside; or someone experienced in outdoor activities, wildlife and biodiversity. Everyone can benefit from the ability to plan, act and reflect on their level of interaction with nature and its impact on their wellbeing and life experience.
HOW CAN YOUR JOURNAL HELP ME?
Our Journal has been designed to help you plan, act and reflect on your experience in nature. This can lead to measurable increases in your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Additionally, a closer relationship with nature has also been proven to lead to more proactive steps being taken to help protect the environment and biodiversity, which is good for the planet...and also makes us feel good!
IS YOUR JOURNAL DATED, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE?
Our Journal is undated, so that its use and benefit is not reduced by the time of year that you purchase it. It is a yearly Journal, so the records of your nature experience, learning and benefits can be recorded over a full calendar year.

WILL YOUR JOURNAL FIT THROUGH MY LETTERBOX?
We have designed our Journal so that, once posted, both the Journal and the packaging fits through a standard letterbox. In the United Kingdom, a standard letterbox is 254mm by 38mm / 10 x 1.5 inches.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?
Yes, our Journal can be sent worldwide to customers. When you buy the product, your shipping costs will be calculated according to the prices for the most suitable carrier for your location.
DO YOU HAVE A SAMPLE COPY I CAN SEE?
We don’t provide a sample copy, as such. However, we have worked hard to present to you a good description of our Journal and its benefits (see 'Your Journal' page and also the section below the product photos, titled 'Your Journal: In-Depth').
For the Yearly/Monthly/Weekly/Daily planner content, we have provided inspiring photos of each of the relevant planner and review pages within one of the sections. This hopefully gives you a good sense of the content, whilst also being practical. However, it's not everything. For example, you don't get an idea of changes in the nature inspired colour scheme across the entire book; nor are all of the various nature location photos within each 4-week section represented; nor, for instance, the great ideas for activities in nature and resources. But, we want to leave you with some surprises at least. We feel that if you are pleased with the view from the website, you will be amazed when you receive the full book!
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the Journal in line with our returns policy (within 14 days of purchase). Our Returns Policy is detailed on the bottom of our homepage.
DO YOU OFFER A CUSTOMISATION OPTION ON YOUR JOURNAL?
We don’t currently offer customisation options on our Journal. However, each Journal you buy and complete becomes your own nature connection journey and adventure, personal to you. It is our role to provide you with the tools and guidance to undertake your own adventure in nature; it is your role to choose your destination and to complete your journey towards it. You are at the centre of your own nature experience, and you can’t get more personal than this.
